Tottori Alicante

Celebrate the night of San Juan with Tottori Alicante's new proposal.

To celebrate the night of San Juan, Tottori Alicante, from the China Crown group, turns fire into the main protagonist of some of its dishes, under the Alicante motto: the bad burns and the good stays.

Tottori is a journey to the most traditional Asian culinary culture, in which to enter fully into its purest and most representative flavors. The detail, the perfect mastery of the technique and the deep knowledge of the fish, immerse the

diner in oriental gastronomy. In addition, in Tottori they are experts in robata cooking, the authentic Japanese grill. This ancient technique is characterized by using fire in a charcoal grill to cook meats and fish at the time, so that you never forget this magical night.

The city of Alicante will welcome the summer, with its traditional bonfires, and one of the big bets of Tottori Alicante, are the 5A wagyu nigiri, flambéed with sweet soy sauce or squid nigiri flambéed with teriyaki sauce.

Parrilla Arganda

Parrilla de Arganda welcomes the night of San Juan, with its proposal of traditional gastronomy.

Parrilla de Arganda, is the perfect restaurant to enjoy family gatherings and to enjoy the traditional cuisine, the most versatile tradition and the most traditional gastronomic culture. Its classic culinary proposal is reminiscent of our family's home.

In the restaurant they use only products of superb quality. This is achieved thanks to the fact that they have their own vegetable garden. Nestled in the named Huerta de Tajuña, in the term of Orusco de Tajuña, is their garden, from which they obtain most of the vegetables that are consumed in the restaurant and are served as garnish in our dishes. Also, they have their own farm where they obtain the free range eggs. They have hens that live in semi-freedom and enjoy an absolutely natural diet that gives the eggs they get from them, a unique flavor and color.

They offer a wide selection of homemade seasonal dishes for lovers of spoon dishes, meat, fish, vegetables and homemade desserts. Daily they receive in their kitchen, fish and meats brought from Galicia and the north of Leon.

Latigazo

Latigazo surprises its diners with its explosive flavors.

Latigazo is a blow to the palate, a spark of flavor, a place where the diner experiences the explosion and intensity of Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine, intense and soft flavors in a perfect synergy. The fusion of both concepts is Latigazo's letter of introduction. This is achieved thanks to the delicate and sophisticated menu of Latigazo in which Nikkei cuisine stands out as the common thread of all the elaborations.

It is an experience that endorses him as an undisputed connoisseur of the exquisiteness of the quality product, protagonist at the time of its elaborations. Therefore, his gastronomic proposal recalls memories, from achieving the original flavors enjoyed in the countryside, to creating a plate that reflects the different elements of the place where he grew up. In this way he bets for a decoration that generates a trip to its past, full of colors and original flavors.

Enjoy the night of San Juan, watching Chef Rodriguez prepare his signature dish: ceviche. He prepares it in the dining room, in front of the diners, an experience that you will certainly not forget.

Parrilla de la Máquina

Enjoy some of the best meat and fish in the world without leaving Madrid.

La Parrilla de la Máquina can boast of putting in value and prioritizing, above all, the quality of the product and the seasonality of its raw materials. All this together with its grilled cuisine make the restaurant the ideal place to enjoy the gastronomy. A good example of this is the quality of the meat, Ayrshire breed, winner of numerous international awards, and its red tuna from Almadraba, Gadiria.

With these two products, two of the dishes on the menu stand out: the grilled wild bluefin tuna from Almadraba and the grilled Ayrshire steak. La Parrilla de la Máquina is the only restaurant to offer this differential of both products cooked on the grill, a different option, never seen before in the gastronomic offer of Jorge Juan.

It is the right place to spend the night of San Juan, where one of the protagonists will be the fire.
