Tottori, a Japanese haute cuisine restaurant, lands in Madrid after 20 years of success in its native Japan. With the aim of immersing diners in the gastronomy of the Japanese city that gives its name to this project, chef Hao Wang bases his proposal on the legacy of Haruki Takahashi, mentor and founder of the original Tottori. The restaurant is located at 67 Lagasca Street, in the heart of the Salamanca district.
The precision in the techniques used, the use of knives and respect for the organic structure of the food are the differentiating points of Tottori. Its menu is marked by the purest flavors and the highest quality raw materials. All this is reflected in the usuzukuris, tatakis and tartares, as well as in the different versions of sushi, especially in the gunkan, rolls and niguiris.
The kitchens of this new sushi bar are led by a team of chefs who have traveled from the city of Tottori, Japan, to Madrid. This team is in charge of preparing each of the proposals that can be tasted both in the restaurant itself and in its delivery and take away service, available through its website, which allows you to enjoy an authentic Japanese gastronomic experience at home.
