An honest cuisine where the embers and the exceptional raw materials are the protagonists. With these words is presented La Parrilla de Arganda, the new restaurant in the industrial heart of Arganda del Rey where the grill is the common thread of its simple and careful menu. Thanks to its traditional dishes and its cozy atmosphere, La Parrilla de Arganda has all the ingredients to be the new meeting point in the southeast of Madrid.
La Parrilla de Arganda has its own vegetable garden that supplies the restaurant, as well as daily fish and meat brought from Galicia, Laxe and the north of León. While the desserts are handmade, its liquid menu is a simple pairing with reds, whites, rosés, cavas and champagnes of Spanish references.
Located 20 minutes from the capital, La Parrilla de Arganda is defined as "an honest and traditional gastronomic proposal at an affordable price", says its director Roberto Fontán.
