FUNDACIÓN CHAMOS

The Chamos Foundation was born in the United Kingdom in 2007, institutionalizing the social work that the British-Venezuelan Chamber of Commerce had been carrying out for children in need in Venezuela. In 2020 the organization is registered in Spain, expanding its scope to meet more objectives for the welfare of children in need.

The humanitarian crisis in Venezuela does not affect everyone equally. In fact, children have become the most vulnerable population group. For this reason, the organization focuses on two pillars: education and health to offer a more dignified, happy and healthy life for children in Venezuela. In fact, the name of the foundation is closely related to the youngest, since 'chamos' in Venezuelan slang means 'kid'.
