Le Petit Dim Sum, the restaurant that takes us back to the Hong Kong of the 40's, has designed three new menus: 'Bao Set', Dim Sum Set' and 'Special Meal', three creations that amalgamate the best of its gastronomic proposal, adapting to everyone and highlighting its star dishes: dim sum and xiao long bao.
All are available from Monday to Friday working days, with a cost ranging from 8.95 to 14 euros per person.
Under the umbrella of the China Crown Group are the China Crown, Shanghai Mama, Tottori, Le Petit Dim Sum and Bao Li restaurants. Madrid, June 2023.- Le Petit Dim Sum is to immerse oneself in a scenario that combines avant-garde and tradition in the same place, transporting diners to the authentic Hong Kong of the 40's. The restaurant of China Crown Group is a journey in a single bite, thanks to the variety of dim sum that are hidden among its wide gastronomic proposal. The dim sum, absolute protagonist in Le Petit Dim Sum, is one of the greatest exponents of Cantonese cuisine, and now approaches its gastronomic culture with its three new menus: 'Bao Set', Dim Sum Set' and 'Special Meal'.
The three menus amalgamate the best of its gastronomic proposal, adapting to everyone and highlighting its star dishes, as dim sum and Xiao long bao are at the center of each of these three proposals. All are available from Monday to Friday working days, with a cost ranging from 8.95 to 14 euros per person.
Bao Set Menu' is priced at 8.95 euros per person and consists of a squid ink bao bread, filled with tempura squid with lettuce and spicy sauce, a second Chinese chive bao bread, filled with Iberian pork loin with cashew nuts and lettuce, bathed in kung-pao sauce. And finally, crispy xiao long bao stuffed with Iberian pork.
For its part, the 'Dim Sum Set Menu', puts the star of the restaurant at the center of the proposal. This menu is composed of a basket with three units of Iberian pork crispy xiao long bao and a second basket with two units of Iberian pork xiao long bao in its juice and an Iberian pork and boletus siu mai. All for 11 euros per person.
Finally, the 'Special Meal Menu' starts with a basket of crispy xiao long bao stuffed with Iberian pork and continues with a second course to choose between noodles with vegetables, egg and infused chicken or fried rice with vegetables, egg and sautéed duck mince. The latter costs 14 euros per person and includes beverage (wine, beer, soft drink or water).
