Grupo La Única is a benchmark of northern Mexican cuisine that is committed to its international expansion strategy with the new opening in Madrid, destined to become the place to be for lovers of Mexican food thanks to the proposal of "mestizaje" fusion cuisine for which they are betting in the kitchen of the establishment. La Única, with the help of chef and Michelin star Andrés Madrigal, baptized this new proposal as "Mexiterránea".

The cooking with wood embers is the main factor of La Única and the use of wood in gastronomy is part of its history.
