In 2019 Álex Cordobés, began experimenting with pastry, specifically with cheesecake. He did it in the oven of his parents' house, from where he began an adventure that has already led him to be a benchmark in the world of hospitality and that he now moves to the center of Madrid with the new opening of his store at number 60 Velázquez Street. Cordobés begins his new adventure with the opening of the pastry shop, where he brings his seven creations: traditional cheesecake, white chocolate cheesecake, Belgian chocolate cheesecake, Iberian pistachio cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake, Lotus cheesecake, and dulce de leche cheesecake.
