The Business Confederation of Hospitality and Tourism of the Valencian Community (CONHOSTUR), Turisme Comunitat Valenciana have presented this Wednesday, December 11 at Allard Experience (Calle de Ferraz, 2) the campaign Valencian Community: your next gastronomic destination. This highlights the importance of the culinary culture of a region that has 28 Michelin stars from 22 restaurants spread across Valencia, Castellón and Alicante. 

 

"Tourism in the Valencian Community would not be what it is without its gastronomic offer," assured Carmen Ibáñez, from Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, during the campaign presentation. And he added: "Something as Valencian as paella or nougat are already part of the national culinary ideology." Thus, for Ibáñez, in the last ten years, there has been an authentic “revolution”. Proof of this are the gastronomic distinctions. While there are currently 45 restaurants with Repsol Suns, in 2016 there were 20.
