Diana's Garden returns to crown the center of the capital. Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid inaugurates the second season of its high terrace. A unique space in which the protagonists are the views, gastronomy, culture and, of course, signature cocktails. Located on the tenth floor of an art deco building, this unique space also has a secret bar from which to contemplate the south of Madrid.

To establish itself as one of the best options on the Madrid artery, El Jardín de Diana has decided to renew its gastronomic and entertainment commitment. Thus, on its roof you can taste high-altitude recipes. The pearl salad with tomato and mango jam stands out; smoked sardines on coca de aceite with escalibada; peach salmorejo and toasted almonds and beetroot tartare, capers, gherkin and chives on white endives.
